Strengths
There are a variety of sources of revenue for the city of Hubbard. There are also different administration buildings for the township and city. The council meetings are held twice a month, which offers more opportunity for people to talk about concerns or express opinions.
Weaknesses
There is a lack of political party affiliation in Hubbard as well as a lack of registered voters. Another weakness is that the Trumbull County Board of Health is 20 minutes in distance from Hubbard.
